Singer David Anthony Burke, also known by his stage name D4vd, has been ordered to stand trial in the alleged murder of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez.
Prosecutors presented evidence during a preliminary hearing, claiming Burke killed and dismembered Rivas Hernandez after an alleged relationship between the two. Burke has pleaded not guilty to charges including first-degree murder, continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14, and mutilating human remains.
