Judge Lifts Nationwide Block on Trump Mail-In Voting Order as 23 States File New Lawsuit | OAN

A federal judge has lifted a nationwide injunction blocking President Donald Trump’s executive order on mail-in voting, giving the administration a clearer path to implement the order ahead of the 2026 midterm elections.

The order directs the Department of Homeland Security to create state-specific citizenship lists and requires the U.S. Postal Service to establish new standards for mail-in ballots, including unique barcodes for tracking and a system for election officials to submit voter information.
