House Antitrust Panel Probes Private Home Listing

House Judiciary Republicans are investigating Compass over its private, off-market listing networks, with lawmakers questioning whether the practice limits access to housing for everyday buyers. Independent journalist Jackson Gosnell told OAN’ Dana Alexa that these “pocket listings” could create a two-tier housing market by giving well-connected buyers early access to homes while restricting inventory available on public platforms.
