President Trump is set to announce plans for a $15 billion steel plant in Iowa.
The White House says the project will be the largest steel plant in U.S. history. The first phase is expected to produce 7.5 million tons of steel annually, with production targeted to begin in 2030. OAN Chief White House Correspondent Daniel Baldwin has more from Washington.
