Former Rep. Abigail Spanberger (D-Va.) is taking on Virginia Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears in a debate Thursday night ahead of November’s gubernatorial election.
The forum is expected to begin with a preview show at 6:30 p.m.
The debate in Norfolk, Va., is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.

The exclusive debate will be hosted by WAVY 10, an NBC affiliate station owned by Nexstar, which also owns The Hill. It marks the only time voters will see the candidates face-off before the election.
A recent survey from The Hill/Emerson College Polling shows Spanberger ahead by at least 10 percentage points.
